I'm Christopher — a developer based in Houston who spends most days in React and TypeScript, and the rest of the stack when a project needs it. Currently at Strategy Collective, and building a full-stack finance app on the side to keep leveling up.

I build for the front of the stack, but I don't stop there. Five years in, most of my work has been agency-side — HubSpot and WordPress builds for client sites — which taught me to ship fast, work inside real constraints, and hand off things other people can maintain.

Outside of client work, I'm deep in an SE1-focused build cycle: shipping a full-stack finance tracker (auth, Postgres, Dockerized API, React front end) and going back through data structures and system design fundamentals most agency work doesn't touch. I'm also finishing a B.A. in Liberal Arts with a CS minor at the University of Houston.

Before software, I served in the military — it's where the "measure twice, ship once" habit comes from. When I'm not at a keyboard, I'm usually losing a tug-of-war with my Irish Terrier puppy.
